Aly Zaker left us for the eternal journey
Respected heroic freedom fighter, Aly Zaker left us this morning. He was one of the finest theatre workers in the country. Once we visited him as fellow members of the Bangladesh Group Theatre Federation in 1986. We have some fond memories with him. At that time, we all know, Bangladesh was in a dire situation in establishing democracy in the country. Theatre workers were active on the streets with other activists. It is a national loss. May Allah give strength to family members and friends to bear this loss. May the departed soul rest in peace. You will be in the people’s heart and remembered fondly... pc@internet
